What you can't really appreciate in the pictures is how steeply sloped the yard is. The seating for the fire pit is UPHILL from the fire, so I was having a panic attack watching the kids stumble around the open flames. The kids don't seem to mind at all, and it certainly doesn't keep them from eating their weight in s'mores.
