We have a massive construction project going on at our house this season, so in late October, Krista and Grama Susan took the kids to Washington and Oregon for a week. While there, Ben got to meet Great-Grama Skaare for the first time. Katie has met her once before. Sadly, we visited with her on the first day of vacation after travelling all day and the kids were pretty cranky, in addition having colds.
This photo was taken closer to the end of the week. Krista and the kids (minus Tyler, of course, as he had school!) stayed with Grama and Grampa Strand for a couple days and, during this time, we popped up to visit with Great Grama & Grampa Strand. It was so nice to see them and introduce them to their great-grandchildren!
