Mother's Day, 2006. We went to my cousin Pam's house for a small family gathering. My Grama Skaare (Katie's Great-Grama) met Katherine June for the first time. Katie got her middle name from my Grama, so it was a special day for us. For my mother's day gift, Katie slept in until 6:30 (after waking at 5:15 all week) and called me "momma, momma, momma!" all day. It's the first time she's said "momma" while referring to me instead of the cat (who she calls "meow").
