Big Ben

Despite having a cold, Ben manages a sunny smile.
Ben loves to dig his two teeth into anything he can get to his mouth.
Enjoying a quick cuddle before moving on to the next ride at Animal Kingdom. Sadly, a thunderstorm set in after only a couple hours at the park. With three of us having nasty colds, we decided to cut our losses and head home. Still, it was a fun vacation.

Our visit to Magic Kingdom went better than it did last time around. Katie seemed willing to go on several rides, including the race cars. But she still kept a chilly demeanor at all times.

Splish Splash

Spring Break was this week and we took a few days to visit Disney with the kids. Here are Tyler and Katie enjoying some pool time at the hotel.

Chomper!

Ben got his first two teeth just after the six-month mark. We've been trying to catch them on film, and have finally succeeded! I'm convinced they are actually razors, not teeth, as he delights in chewing on anything and everything. Fortunately, Katie has only been bitten once...so far.

Soccer season never ends

No sooner did the school soccer season end, then it was time for rec league to start back up again.

Katie INSISTED on riding the carousel, then refused to get on any moving animal. Grampa convinced her to sit on the handicapped swan seat, and she looked petrified the entire ride. 

Zoo fun

On a beautiful Sunday, we headed to the zoo with Grama and Grampa Strand. Katie did not want to leave Grampa's side.
